Our Get-It-Done 5-day challenge
The Problem
You’ve built a company with a promising future. You’re ready to start looking for funding…but you don’t know where to start.
Our Solution
This challenge will help you craft a well-structured offering that will be a win-win for all involved—you, your employees, your investors, your customers, and the long-term success of your business—in just 30 minutes a day for 5 days.
During this challenge, we will give you bite-sized lessons and quick daily assignments that will culminate in your having a customized investment offering drafted.
What Happens
Learn to customize your offering to investors and get clear on the goals, values, and non-negotiables that will inform the design of your offering.
Learn all the options for structuring how your investors will get paid, determining a reasonable return, and setting yourself up to ensure that bringing on investors doesn’t put you out of business.
Learn about the different types of investment offerings and choose the one that best fits your goals, plans, entity structure, and tax status.
Learn the pros and cons of how much control you should keep and how much you should give away.
Now that you have your offering, learn how you can get it in front of the right investors.
